Established in 1988, Weifang Henglian Group is a comprehensive enterprises group integrated in tissue paper, cellophane paper, flexible material and laminated material.

The subsidiary company-Weifang Lancel Hygiene Products Limited specializes in the manufacturing of tissue products. The products cover toilet paper, napkin, facial tissue, kitchen towel (C-fold towel and N-fold towel), and diaper paper.The company also supply kinds of paper in jumbo rolls with basis weight from 13gsm to 42gsm. Its annual production is 36,000 metric tons. All products are made from virgin pulp with high grade. It has exported the products to America, Australia and Asian countries and earned high evaluations.

And Weifang Henglian Cellophane Co., Ltd. (another subsidiary company of Henglian Group) is a cellophane manufacturer and exporter, established in 1988, with the annual output of 5,000 metric tons of PT-cellophane, cellophane roll for printing, MST-cellophane, cellophane for adhesive tape and colored cellophane. In addition to the traditional products-sheet cellophane, the factory has developed successively and successfully the roll cellophane film for printing and laminating, the special cellophane for fishing rod, the colored cellophane, and moisture proofness.

PT-cellophane, with substance range of 21gsm~60gsm, is derived from wood pulp, a natural fibrous from of cellulose, by the process of alkalization, xanthation and casting. For this reason, PT-cellophane film is a kind of superior packing and decoration material for foodstuff, medicines, tea, battery, cigarettes and tobacco.

Roll cellophane for printing and laminating. Besides the basic properties of PT-cellophane in sheet, the most important properties of the latter kind of roll cellophane are that its thickness is much more even than sheet cellophane along the whole width direction because of the little difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the film; and that it is more suitable for printing and laminating because of the special surface treated by special processes.

Coated cellophane film is made by applying a thin layer of nitrocellulose lacquer on the surface of PT-cellophane, which gives the film the important properties of moisture proofness.
